The Vietnam Society of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine (VSRNM) is honored to announce and cordially invite you to attend the 27th Annual Scientific Conference (VSRNM 2026), scheduled from 08:00–17:00 on Friday and Saturday, August 7–8, 2026, with Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at the Ariyana Convention Centre, No. 107 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

The Scientific Conference and CME sessions will feature numerous updated lectures on Radiology and Nuclear Medicine presented by doctors and technicians from hospitals nationwide, as well as lectures, recorded cases, and clinical case presentations by experts from France, the USA, Germany, the UK, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan (China), China, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, etc., with direct interaction at conference halls.

An on-site and online exhibition area will also be organized to introduce medical equipment and supplies, including devices, machinery, pharmaceuticals, consumables, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging films, and related products.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES & BENEFITS

 

1. DIAMOND SPONSOR: 1,000,000,000 VND

• Exclusive sponsor status with one (01) exhibition space of size as designated by the Organizing Committee (OC) on the floor plan to introduce, display, supply products, and conduct promotional activities within the exhibition area during the Conference. Booth design is the Sponsor’s responsibility and must be approved by the OC. All booth setup costs are borne by the Sponsor.
• The Diamond Sponsor logo will be placed in the most central and largest position compared to other sponsors when displayed in the same location. The logo will appear on Conference communication materials, including:
  • Official photo backdrop at the Conference venue
  • Gala Dinner backdrop
  • Online invitation of the Conference
  • Official Conference website for one (01) year
• Complimentary 04 inside pages of advertisement in the VSRNM 2026 Conference Proceedings in the most central position with the title “Diamond Sponsor”. Advertisement content is prepared by the Sponsor subject to OC approval.
• One (01) company/product promotional video displayed on the Conference website for 01 year.
• One (01) Satellite Symposium session lasting 30–45 minutes at noon in the main hall. The Sponsor must submit the following information to the OC at least 60 days before the Conference for approval: topic, session content, chairperson, and speakers (foreign speakers must provide a scientific CV and a passport copy).
• Complimentary registration for 05 participants to attend VSRNM 2026 with full delegate benefits.
• Commemorative plaque, certificate of appreciation, official recognition of sponsorship, and invitation to the Gala Dinner organized by the OC.

2/ GOLD SPONSOR – 500,000,000 VND

• The Sponsor is entitled to one (01) exhibition booth space with dimensions as designated by the Organizing Committee (OC) on the official floor plan, for the purpose of product introduction, display, distribution, and promotional activities within the exhibition area during the Conference period.

The booth shall be designed by the Sponsor and must be approved by the OC. All booth construction and decoration costs shall be borne by the Sponsor.
Booth selection priority shall be determined based on the time of sponsorship confirmation.

• The Gold Sponsor logo shall be displayed in a prominent position and at a larger size than other sponsors except the Diamond Sponsor, whenever logos appear in the same location.
• The Sponsor’s logo will appear on the Conference communication materials, including:

• Official photo backdrop at the Conference venue
• Gala Dinner backdrop
• Online invitation of the Conference
• Official Conference website for one (01) year

• Complimentary two (02) full inside pages of advertisement in the VSRNM 2026 Conference Proceedings with the title “Gold Sponsor”. Advertisement content shall be prepared by the Sponsor and subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
• One (01) company or product promotional video displayed on the official Conference website for one (01) year.
• Complimentary registration for four (04) representatives to attend VSRNM 2026 with full delegate privileges.
• The Sponsor shall receive a commemorative plaque, certificate of appreciation, official acknowledgment of sponsorship, and invitation to attend the Gala Dinner organized by the Organizing Committee.

3/ SILVER SPONSOR: 300,000,000 VND

• The Sponsor is entitled to one (01) exhibition booth space with dimensions designated by the Organizing Committee on the official floor plan. The booth is for product display, introduction, supply, and promotional activities within the Conference exhibition area. Booth design must be approved by the OC and all setup costs shall be borne by the Sponsor. Booth selection priority shall be determined based on confirmation time.
• The Silver Sponsor logo shall be displayed in a position and size larger than Bronze Sponsors, but after Diamond and Gold Sponsors when logos appear together.
• The Sponsor’s logo will appear on:
  • Official photo backdrop at the Conference venue
  • Gala Dinner backdrop
  • Online invitation of the Conference
  • Official Conference website for one (01) year
• Complimentary one (01) full inside page advertisement in the VSRNM 2026 Conference Proceedings with the title “Silver Sponsor”. Content prepared by the Sponsor and subject to OC approval.
• One (01) company or product promotional video displayed on the Conference website for one (01) year.
• Complimentary registration for three (03) representatives with full delegate privileges.
• Official acknowledgment of sponsorship by the Organizing Committee.

4/ BRONZE SPONSOR: 150,000,000 VND

• The Sponsor is entitled to one (01) exhibition booth space as designated by the Organizing Committee on the official floor plan. Booth design must be approved by the OC, and all construction and decoration costs shall be borne by the Sponsor. Booth selection priority shall be based on confirmation time.
• The Bronze Sponsor logo shall be displayed after Diamond, Gold, and Silver Sponsors, and at a smaller size compared to higher-tier sponsors when shown in the same position.
• The Sponsor’s logo will appear on:

• Official photo backdrop
• Gala Dinner backdrop
• Online invitation
• Official Conference website for one (01) year

• Complimentary registration for two (02) representatives with full delegate privileges.
• Official acknowledgment of sponsorship by the Organizing Committee.

5/ EXHIBITION BOOTH PACKAGE: 100,000,000 VND

• The Sponsor is entitled to one (01) exhibition booth space with dimensions designated by the Organizing Committee on the official floor plan for product introduction and promotional activities within the Conference exhibition area.
• Booth design must be approved by the OC and all setup and decoration costs shall be borne by the Sponsor.
• Booth selection priority shall be determined based on confirmation time.
• Complimentary registration for one (01) representative with full delegate privileges.
• The Sponsor’s company name will be listed in the Conference materials as an Exhibitor.

6/ OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Organizations wishing to participate may choose:

• Satellite Symposium: 60,000,000 VND
• Product introduction in the online Conference Proceedings: 5,000,000 VND/page
• Conference registration sponsorship:
  • Before July 1, 2026: 1,500,000 VND per participant
  • From July 1, 2026: 2,000,000 VND per participant
