AND SUBMISSION REPORT

26^th ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

The Vietnamese Society of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine (VSRNM) is honored to announce and cordially invite colleagues to participate in the 26^th Annual Scientific Conference (VSRNM 2025), scheduled to take place on September 5-6, 2025, at the Ariyana Convention Center – 107 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Da Nang City.

This conference will feature numerous lectures updating the latest knowledge in the fields of Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, presented by doctors and technicians from hospitals across the country. Additionally, there will be lectures, recorded cases, and clinical case discussions from experts and practitioners from France, the United States, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan (China), Singapore, and other countries, who will engage in live interactive sessions in specialized workshops.

The Organizing Committee respectfully invites delegates to register for the conference and complete the registration fee payment via the official conference website: https://radiology.vn, no later than August 1, 2025.

Conference registration fees:

Early Registration (before August 1, 2025): 1,500,000 VND per delegate.

Late Registration (from August 1, 2025): 2,000,000 VND per delegate.

Gala Dinner (September 5, 2025): 1,000,000 VND per delegate.

Delegates who have paid the conference registration fee are entitled to participation in all scientific sessions of the conference, two lunchboxs, four tea breaks, and conference materials. Additionally, they will receive a CME certificate valid for 16 academic hours, equivalent to 6 credit hours.

After making the transfer, delegates must send a confirmation email to radiologyvn@gmail.com with the subject: “VSRNM2025 – Full Name – Phone Number or Email”. The Organizing Committee will confirm the payment within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If the transfer is made for multiple delegates, please specify the details of each participant.

To ensure the reports at the VSRNM 2025 Conference are diverse and of high quality, the Organizing Committee requests delegates to submit outstanding clinical cases or case series, as well as valuable scientific research topics, for presentation at the conference.

Submitted reports will be reviewed for presentation at the conference, and their abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings. High-quality full-text articles will be published in the Vietnam Journal of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Presenters will be exempt from the VSRNM 2025 conference registration fee.

The deadline for abstract submission for the VSRNM 2025 Conference is June 1, 2025, via the conference website: https://radiology.vn. Full-text papers must be submitted via the journal website: https://vjrnm.edu.vn, before August 1, 2025, and will be published free of charge. Reports included in the Conference Proceedings are not limited in number. The required formatting is Times New Roman, font size 14, single-line spacing, with a maximum length of 7 A4 pages.
